Dior Montaigne Spring 2011 Makeup
Named after Christian Dior's Avenue Montaigne boutique in Paris, the Montaigne spring 2011 makeup collection is filled with light, silvery greys and soft pinks. This is an elegant display of Dior's iconic colors and the look is sophisticated and romantic.
The 5 Couleurs Designer eyeshadow palette in Soft Pink Design 018 is a gorgeous array of baby pinks, sparking white, greyish mauve and smoky brown. The texture is extremely smooth - these colors will blend beautifully, and the brown liner is so well formulated that it'll be very easy to create a smoky lid. This look is very daytime friendly, so it's ideal for the office. You can also layer on a few more layers of the mauve and more eyeliner to get a dramatic evening look.
The Dior Addict Ultra-Gloss in Trianon Silver 707 is my favorite lip color in the entire collection. The iridescent micro-shimmer gives off a really sexy clear-grey pout (you can totally see it from a distance) but it's not over the top at all. It will contrast so well with a bold eyeshadow or a cat eye. The lip gloss is non-sticky and is extremely comfortable on the lips. It's also perfect for layering with a darker color. The staying power however, might not last over a two-three hours.
For more pink shades, there are the Rouge Dior lipstick in Spring Pink 540 and the Rouge Serum in Pink Coral Serum 240. The lipstick is is more opaque and has a salmon-pink tinge to it, and the Rouge Serum is a light, transparent baby pink with a dash of coral.
Available at Dior.com, Sephora, and other Dior counters nationwide.

A grey lip color? I would have never imagined that would be flattering on. How intriguing!
Yes, grey! It's a very subtle grey and you'd only see it when it catches the light. Very modern but not shockingly so.
Very pretty colors! ... Is it me or does Dior just love grays and silvers? :)
