Sephora Ultra Shine Lip Gloss & Waterproof Smoky Cream Liner
October 29, 2010 Sephora always has some fun and affordable beauty treats. Their new Ultra Shine Lip Gloss has a high-moisture formula that also delivers rich color payoff. Available in 26 shades, the wet shine gloss is non-sticky and three finishes are offered (Shiny, Shimmery, and Reflex). It contains Volulip Active, which is supposed to increase lip moisture by 50%.
The gloss applicator has a unique hourglass design that picks up a good amount of product so you don't have to double dip. At $14 each, this won't break the bank and rivals some luxury brands. I tried the Shimmery Purple Red (# 07) shade and it's a killer raspberry pink. It sorta reminds me of the Midnight Lip Shimmer from Armani, but at half the price.
The Waterproof Smoky Cream Liner ($10) is an extremely long-wearing eyeliner. It can also be used as an eyeshadow. Its silky texture is easy to work with and the colors are just so densely packed with color. Made In Manhattan, a dark sapphire with blue shimmer, is ideal for a vampy look. You have to work fairly quickly before it sets in. Afterward it won't budge at all, unless you use an oil cleanser.

That container will last you a long time, and you can't wash it off with water and soap!
