Oh Joy! Notebooks & Stationery
I haven't really kept up with the Oh Joy! line (formerly Nantaka Joy) but here are some notebook and stationery designs for you to sigh over. I do like this textured Pinwheel Notebook. The pale green-blue color makes it easy to find inside the darkness of your messenger bag or purse.
Most of the papers used are made from 30%-50% post-consumer recycled acid-free stock. Oh Joy! also has some lovely items designed for Chronicle Books. Lots of fun stickers, gift labels, file folders and mailers to beautify your desk area.

These are beautiful. I always think that one drawback to using email all the time and not mailing "real'' notes is that we don't think as carefully about our words before we write them. With lovely stationary at your fingertips, it makes you choose your words and thoughts more judiciously because you don't want to mess up them up carelessly.
That's true. All we have to do is press delete or spell check. I used to have lots of pen pals and I'd do rough drafts before using my precious stash of fancy cards and stationery. ;)
Looks like the perfect gift for some mothers I know: a note book to note good memories and children's words!
I have a weak spot for beautiful stationery!
thanks for the nice post! ;)
