L'Oreal True Match Super-Blendable Makeup
I wish more makeup companies would develop useful ways to help us find the perfect foundation shade. That's one of my biggest issues when I buy makeup and L'Oreal's True Match MatchMaker app for the iPhone is really helpful.
Fun and easy to use, the app presents a set of questions to determine your correct foundation shade for their True Match Super-Blendable Makeup. For example, it asks whether you look good in a certain color family and if your skin burns easily. After processing my answers it revealed my shade, which is N5.5 Perfect Beige with a neutral undertone. My celeb match is Claudia Schiffer. The phone app also gave a list of nearby drugstores that carry the foundation, which makes my shopping experience easy.
My true match wasn't available so I picked the next best shade - N5 True Beige. There was a sale so I also got W3 Nude Beige. I was worried that the first one was too dark but both shades looked good on my skin. I could use the first one when I get a tan and the other one during the winter when my complexion is paler. The texture is really silky and it's so concentrated I only needed several drops to cover the entire face. It also evened out my dark circles so I didn't need any concealer. All in all, this is a great drugstore find.
