Le Bon Garcon Caramels
You may want to get some Le Bon Garçon artisan caramels as stocking stuffers. Based in Los Angeles, founder Justin Chao honed his patissier skills in Paris.
I've never had such soft, melt-in-your-mouth caramels. This is the real deal. The holiday flavor, Bon Hiver, is an organic persimmon with hints of guava and lime. This one is only available through the end of December so order them soon.
The tangy Mango-Passion fruit is lively and tropical, and not that sweet at all. For those who like it mild the Macadamia Nut provides a crunchy texture within a buttery, sweet base. All flavors are sold in 2-8 oz. packages ($6-$27).
