Head to Toe SPF
June 19, 2010 As we plan our trips to the beach, we're also seeing lots of news about proper sun protection and skin cancer prevention. While it's very important to protect our bodies from year-round sun damage, we also need to get enough Vitamin D to prevent other types of cancer. In other words, balance is everything. Go out and have fun, but do be careful of your body's limitations.

Love those two-in-one products. It always befuddles me that one has to put on moisturizer, sunscreen, primer, THEN foundation. It's like you have eight layers on your face before you even step out the door. Anything that can get rid of one or two of those steps is a godsend.
Tami: And don't forget concealer, eyeliner, eyeshadow, lip liner, lipstick, blush and highlighter! haha!
Oooh, that Juice Beauty body moisturizer with SPF looks great. I love their apple face moisturizer with SPF.
