Have It Sweet Confections

I have a new gourmet obsession. Based in Los Angeles, Have It Sweet has been driving my taste buds wild with their artisan marshmallows, buttery caramels, and French-style nougat. The family-run confection company only uses natural, organic and fair trade ingredients.

Hands down, their oh-so-airy marshmallows are my favorite. The Organic Fresh Strawberry Marshmallows taste like you just bit into a mouthful of strawberry jam. The Fleur de Sel Caramel Swirl Marshmallows and Cinnamon Sugar Marshmallows are also popular snacks in our household. I could easily eat several and still want more. I love their confections so much that I just placed my third order with them.

The Bourbon Pecan Caramel Bars were a hit with our friends. My husband inhaled the soft Hazelnut Nougat within a few days. Alas, these seasonal nougats will only be around for 4 more days but they'll reappear again in November. They also plan to introduce a new line of hard candies - I can't wait to try those out!

To drool over their goodies, go to haveitsweet.com or etsy.com/people/haveitconfections.

Oh I love Have It Sweet Confections! I've bought their pecan caramels and they were literally inhaled by the house hold. I have another order coming in so that I can taste all of their delicious caramels.

Was so sad to see they're gone! Looked on Etsy and online/Google, even the domain is invalid for haveitsweet.com? Any ideas on this? We adored their peppermint christmas marshmallows... :(

We're super sad too. Loved their marshies and caramels. Looks like they're shut down for good. :(
