Halogen Cashmere Sweaters

I was looking for affordable cashmere sweaters and found some cute ones from Halogen, the Nordstrom in-house brand. I got the basic V-Neck Cashmere Sweater ($79) and to my surprise, the quality is quite good for the price. It's actually real soft and is thick enough to withstand the winter chill.

The fit is flattering and you can easily layer another shirt underneath. This one will be a wardrobe staple for sure, and I'm already thinking about getting a couple more colors and styles. They also offer their sweaters in petite sizing, which fits better on me.

Love cashmere, and I usually get mine from another department store. But I saw that Nordstrom still had some left. And I heard good things about the Halogen line. Unfortunately I have yet to see my sweaters because Nordstrom online uses UPS as a carrier and they are HORRIBLE in NYC.

They will probably just end up being returned (sigh).
