Feel Good Foods Gluten-Free Egg Rolls and Dumplings

Celiacs can rejoice with Feel Good Foods, a delicious line of gluten-free dumplings and egg rolls. Made with a rice flour wrapper, you can't even tell that it's wheat-free. The company also makes a point of using non-GMO ingredients and every product is free of MSG, artificial flavors and additives.

I love the egg rolls. The chicken and vegetable rolls were so crispy, and the filling was very flavorful. You can actually taste the hormone-free chicken, unlike the mystery meat you usually get from other frozen food brands. It was seasoned enough that I didn't even need a dipping sauce. The shrimp and vegetable rolls will satisfy shellfish lovers - these were gobbled up within minutes.

The pork dumplings were also quite good. I didn't have a non-stick pan so it was trickier to cook them properly. The sweet rice flour skin had the right chewy/crispy balance, which sorta reminded me of the Asian stir-fried rice cake dishes that I love. In other words, I'd totally buy these goodies so I don't have to consume so much wheat-based products.
