Elizabeth Street Cosmetics

I love it when folks name their products after my hometown, and Elizabeth Street Cosmetics certainly captured my attention. Created by makeup stylist Kelly Crispen, the San Francisco-based beauty company named its lipsticks and lip glosses after trendy SF streets.

The Street Stick collection consists of 26 shades, and you can choose from cream, pearlized and sheer formulas. I got to try the creamy Chattanooga, a warm deep rose. It's such a gorgeous everyday shade for fall, and it's perfect for all skin tones. I just love the opacity - this color won't wear off quickly.

I also tried the Street Gloss in Day, a sheer blossom pink shimmer. The shimmer is pretty subtle  - I like to layer this on top of the Chattanooga. There's over 30 shiny shades available, so you can mix and match to your heart's content. All of the glosses and lipsticks are made without parabens, and I love the mild vanilla scent - it's not overpowering nor too sweet.
