COOLA Lotion Bars

Like most women my hands and feet tend to get pretty dry during the winter. I don't like to carry leaky bottles of lotion with me everywhere but COOLA has some solid lotion bars that activate when you warm them up with your hands.

Made with almond, jojoba and avocado oils, shea butter, beeswax, and vitamin E, these nourishing hand and body lotion bars absorb quickly and are travel friendly (0.5 oz and 2.75 oz). The Lavender Chamomile and Grapefruit Peppermint are my favorite scents. I like to rub a bit of the Lavender Chamomile between my palms and breathe the scent in for 15 seconds as a mini aromatherapy treat. It helps me relax between work duties.

You can also use this as a lip balm or as a hair conditioner. Just massage it directly on the scalp and rub it on dry ends. They also make great stocking stuffers, in case you need a last-minute gift idea.

So it's not greasy feeling when you put it on? Ahh, I bet the fragrance is really lovely and spa-inspiring.

This is my second Coola product that I have used and let me tell you I am really starting to love Coola products! I have most recently been using the Coola Hand Lotion Bar, natural skincare collection, in the lavender chamomile scent. The Coola product is approximately two inches wide and half an inch in depth. All I do is rub my fingertips onto the bar and then rub the all natural shea butter onto my hands, mostly the lateral side. It is remarkable how quickly my hands feel soft and look so much butter. Quite honestly my hands go through a lot, like washing dishes, washing/cleaning bathrooms with not so gentle chemicals, working in the garden; I think you can get the drift. Needless to say my hands skin is dried up and in need of some moisturizing. But after using this Coola hand lotion bar for about a week, I’ve noticed a huge improvement. They have a light luster and feel so soft, especially the finger tips… which is great if you are prone to paper cuts ( like I am). The little tin case is so practical; you can throw it in your purse or suitcase without worrying that a lotion bottle may leak. I like the lavender chamomile, it is very subdue and pure. I am planning on trying some of their other scents as well. The price is very reasonable since this little tin goes a long way; I hardly put a dent into it yet.

Ooooh! Exactly what I need! I was wondering how to carry around some lotion, the LA weather is hard on my hands.

I love your suggestions of scents...I might order the Grapefruit peppermint, I used to have a lip gloss with this kind of scent and it was a sheer delight.

Once again, you saved the day! Thanks!
