Beauty Giveaway: Lancôme Définicils Precious Cells & Tropiques Minérale
July 12, 2010 Here are some great news if you're a Lancôme mascara addict. If you can't wait for the national launch in August, the new Définicils Precious Cells High Definition Amplifying Mascara is now available at Nordstrom.
This is the brand's first mascara that's designed to regenerate and condition your lashes. It contains the same nourishing Swiss apple extract as their Absolue Precious Cells skin care. Boasting a creamier texture, it's supposed to be much easier to remove (yay, less tugging!). The new multi-faceted brush is also designed to deliver an optimal amount of mascara to the lash line. In a panel conducted by the brand, 101 women reported a noticeable reduction in lash loss and found their lashes to be more conditioned after four weeks.

You know, I used to hardly ever wear mascara because it always would smudge. And when you wear contacts, that's not a good thing. But lo and behold, I started using Lancome's mascara (yes, Definicils) and never had that problem. Easy to apply and easy to take off -- and nary a smudge. It made wearing mascara finally pleasurable.

I love Lancome's Blush Subtil, the Rose Romantique shade is very flattering for my skin tone and the pigments last on my face all day. I've never tried any of the mascara's (I'm a diorshow girl), but I'd love to give them a try!
